generally arrive 1-1/2 hours prior to
serving time. If you wish to have
everything in place before the event
begins an early setup fee is

Booking Your Event -- Deposit & Balance
Policies |

Since we work on a
first-come/first-booked basis we require
a $300.00 non-refundable deposit to
secure your event date. |

Your contract balance is due two (2)
weeks prior to event. |
Due to the
instability in the economy we may
request a refundable $100.00 contingency
fee to act as a buffer. |
