General Specifications:

As described, the Chocolat Fountain is not recommended for outdoor use due to wind conditions and pesky pests. (Discuss this with your Chocolat rep for alternatives).

·  The fee for a standard rental includes two (2) consecutive hours of fountain running time as set forth in your selected package, (does not include set-up and break-down time).

·  Extended rental and/or service time available at an additional charge.

·  Premiere Belgian Couverture chocolate for your contracted number of guests, and bamboo skewers.

·  NO WORRIES!! Service™ - Chocolat Elegant Fondue provides you with your own professional server for the duration of the fountain event. Our staff will set-up a beautiful display, monitor the chocolate, and even serve your guests if you desire. When the event is over, our staff cleans up and we're on our way!

·  Elegant Table Decor: Includes foliage, vines, fresh fruit.  (NOTE: Customer should consider providing fresh flowers and/or themed decor to incorporate into fountain table for added ambience and continuity).

·  Direct Service Area (DSA):  Event venue is located within 30 miles of our central offices in the O'Hare area.

·  Range Service Area (RSA): Events located outside of direct service area. RSA=$30/30 mile range.

·  Chocolat-provided dipping items: Includes set-up and prep in quoted per person rate.

·  Client-provided dipping items: Set-up and/or preparation by our staff at $50/hour. Additional prep time may be required prior to event start time.  Discuss this with your Chocolat Elegant representative.

·  Chocolat Elegant Fondue will set-up seamlessly while your guests are being served their dinner. We will require serving area access at the pre-designated time, and approximately one (1) hour at the conclusion of event for clean-up and break down.  Kitchen access is requested when possible.

·  EARLY SET-UP: Based on venue-approval, clients desiring fountain area to be set-up prior to event start time is available at an additional charge. Fee is based upon location.

·  Contingency Fee:  Due to our uncertain economy, a $100.00 contingency deposit may be required at booking as determined by management. This contingency is designed to act only as a buffer, and we make every attempt to not have to utilize it.

The client (or your event venue) is responsible for providing preferably two (2) sturdy, six-foot rectangular skirted tables with table linens.  Tables must be located in a traffic-friendly area, (free of drafts or swinging doors) with at least two (2) feet of room behind table for server access.

(NOTE: We prefer not to utilize round tables for our application).

·  A 120-volt safety-standard UL rated circuit supplying at least 15 amps of service. For safety-purposes, the table must be located within close proximity of the power source.
